Airport Supervisor - Miami (MIA)

The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are:

• Supervising airport activities carried out by employees, instructing, monitoring, training and disseminating procedures for the development of functions, with the aim of maintaining high standards of quality in customer service, punctuality and Operational Safety, guaranteeing the indicators and the success of the operation, in your routine you will also need to manage conflicts;
• Represent Airport Management, when requested, at meetings/events related to the operation;
• You will be responsible for planning the routine of the operation and applying the processes. Liaising with the civil aviation safety authorities at your base as the air operator's local representative;
• Monitor daily compliance with the activities carried out by the outsourced companies, supervise and ensure compliance with the clauses by the supplier and execution of the SLAs, reporting any abnormalities to the Manager; 
• Briefing and debriefing to align procedures and information pertinent to the day's operation;
• Participate with the other areas involved in making decisions that can minimize the inconvenience caused to customers by operational irregularities such as overbooking, delays, flight cancellations and aircraft changes, guaranteeing quality and operational safety; 
• Monitoring and ensuring the base's performance indicators, together with the outsourcer's representative, in order to achieve targets, seeking to optimize resources whenever possible;
• Ensure, together with the outsourcer's representative, that all employees comply with the requirements inherent in their activities, through mandatory training; 
• Develop the activities of the Quality Program.

It must not be missing from your luggage:

• Higher education completed;
• Microsoft Office Intermediate/Advanced (A plus);
• Language English (Advanced/Fluent);
• Portuguese / Spanish (A plus);
• Easy access to MIA;
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
